by commissioning me, you agree that you have read and agree to the following:
won't draw:
no nsfw, gore, disturbing imagery, ect.
no scenic backgrounds with heavy detail

when receiving a quote, i have the right to upcharge you based on the complexity of the design or request
i have the right to decline your request for a commission. a quote does not guarantee a slot
i only accept cashapp, paypal, and vgen for payments. in additional, i only accept upfront and full paid payments only
no refund will be given after the project has been started
by commissioning me, you understand that i work on commissions during my free time and have other responsibilities that i may need to attend to in my life. you may request for wips, but please by considerate that i work on my commissions during free time on top of my full-time job and college classes.
i do not allow commercial use profiting off of my art. if you plan to do so, please discuss this with me before commissioning
commissioners do not have the right to make non-fungible tokens (nfts) out of any of my work
commissions also do not have the right to use any of my art for artificial intelligence (ai)
if there are any issues with the commission work, please let me know so i can fix it. once it's been 3 days past the commission's completion, i have the right to decline your request for any further edits or changes
