i have the right to decline your request for a commission
no refund will be given after the project has been started
i do not allow commercial use profiting off of my art. if you plan to do so, please discuss this with me before commissioning
you do not have the right to make non-fungible tokens (nfts) out of any of my work
you do not have the right to use any of my art for artificial intelligence (ai)
if there are any issues with the commission work, please let me know so i can fix it. once it's been 3 days past the commission's completion, i have the right to decline your request for any further edits or changes
by commissioning me, you understand that i work on commissions during my free time and have other responsibilities that i may need to attend to in my life. you may request for wips, but please by considerate that i work on my commissions during my limited free time.

no scenic backgrounds with heavy detail
anything that's zoophilia, pedo, ect.
